Jim Coleman, Research Director
Jim Coleman is the Research Director for the OAEC’s WATER Institute. He has worked as an itinerant naturalist from the mountains of Vermont and North Carolina to the forests of Alaska and Costa Rica. For the last seven years at OAEC he’s practiced the art of facilities and landscape stewardship, and is now building the OAEC media archive and Documentation program. Jim holds a MS in biology from Sonoma State University, and is focused on the conservation and restoration of native ecosystems…but mostly he enjoys chasing his baby daughter Lucy around.
